Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and fulfilled and dispatched from authorized U.S. logistics partner warehouses. Standard delivery to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States generally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $130.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $130.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $15.00 USD. Tracking information will be sent by email after the order has been dispatched.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, personal-preference, or sizing returns. Dinkin will cover reasonable authorized return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
All returns must be authorized before shipment. Authorized returns for orders delivered within the United States are routed to authorized U.S. return-processing facilities. The applicable U.S. return address and instructions will be provided by our customer service team after the return request has been reviewed and authorized.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
