From Production to U.S. Fulfillment
Dinkin products are manufactured at our facility in Puning, Guangdong, China. This location is also the registered business address of Puning Dingjin Clothing Co., Ltd.
Being directly involved in the manufacturing process allows our team to:
- Review product samples
- Check materials and construction
- Monitor garment measurements
- Inspect finished products
- Improve future products based on customer feedback
After production, inventory designated for U.S. customer orders is stored with our authorized logistics partners at warehouses located in the United States.
Orders placed through dinkin.shop are fulfilled and dispatched from these U.S. logistics partner warehouses to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
The specific U.S. fulfillment warehouse may vary depending on product availability, inventory location, delivery destination, and logistics routing.
Our U.S. customer service and mailing address is used for customer communication and business correspondence. It is not our registered business address, general fulfillment warehouse, shipping origin, or general return address.
The People Behind Dinkin
Our factory is supported by a team that may include sewing technicians, pattern makers, cutting staff, quality inspectors, packing staff, and customer-support personnel.
Many members of our production team have practical garment-making experience and contribute their knowledge at different stages of the process.
Their work may involve:
- Understanding how different fabrics behave
- Reviewing garment measurements
- Checking seam and stitching consistency
- Identifying construction issues
- Inspecting products before packing
We value communication, responsibility, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
Behind each Dinkin order is a team working to prepare the product carefully and provide customers with appropriate support before and after purchase.
Thoughtful Work in Every Detail
A garment passes through several production stages before it is ready to be packed and shipped.
Depending on the product, these stages may include:
- Fabric preparation
- Pattern development
- Cutting
- Sewing
- Edge finishing
- Pressing
- Measurement checks
- Final inspection
- Packaging
Our team pays attention to practical details such as seam alignment, stitching consistency, fabric handling, garment shape, and finishing.
We believe product quality depends on many small but important steps.
While slight variations may occur because of fabric characteristics and manual production processes, we make reasonable efforts to check products before shipment and provide accurate descriptions, materials, measurements, and images on each product page.
Designed for Everyday Life
Our collections are created for customers looking for clothing that feels considered while remaining comfortable and practical.
We focus on:
- Wearable shapes
- Comfortable materials
- Useful garment details
- Versatile styling
- Clear sizing and product information
Our products are intended to fit naturally into a range of everyday settings, including work, weekends, travel, casual occasions, and social activities.
Rather than making unrealistic claims about every product, we aim to provide customers with enough information to make an informed purchase.
We hope each Dinkin garment can become a practical and enjoyable part of the customer’s wardrobe.
