Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where does Dinkin ship?

Dinkin currently ships to eligible residential and business addresses within the United States.

Available shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs $15.00 USD for orders below $130.00 USD.

Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $130.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The order subtotal is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, standard delivery to the United States generally takes 7–12 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 8–15 business days, including processing and shipping transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Where are your products made?

Dinkin products are manufactured at our facility in Puning, Guangdong, China.

Our products are prepared by an experienced garment production team and inspected before packing and shipment.

5. Where are orders shipped from?

Orders placed through dinkin.shop are processed, prepared, and dispatched from Puning, Guangdong, China.

After arriving in the United States, packages may be transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.

Our United States address is used for customer service and business correspondence. It is not a product warehouse or shipping origin.

6. How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping provider receives the package.

International tracking may not update at every stage while the package is in transit, undergoing customs processing, or being transferred to a local carrier.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at service@dinkin.shop.

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has entered processing or has been shipped.

An order is not considered cancelled until Dinkin confirms the cancellation by email.

8. What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

9. Where should I send my return?

Contact service@dinkin.shop before sending a return.

Our customer service team will provide the applicable return address and return instructions after reviewing and authorizing your request.

Depending on the product and return reason, the designated return address may be located in China or another approved processing location.

Do not send products to our United States customer service address unless we specifically authorize that address for your return in writing.

10. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost when returning an item because of:

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • A change of mind

Dinkin will cover reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

11. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To order a different size, color, or product, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Product availability and pricing are not guaranteed until the new order has been completed.

12. How long does a refund take?

Returned items are normally inspected within 5 business days after arriving at the authorized return location.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

13. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery whenever possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, or another appropriate solution.

14. How do I choose the correct size?

Please review the size chart and garment measurements on the relevant product page before ordering.

A measurement difference of approximately 1–3 cm may occur because of manual measurement.

When choosing between sizes, consider the product fit, fabric stretch, and your preferred wearing style.

15. Will the product color look exactly like the photo?

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately.

Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, fabric batches, and differences between device screens.

16. What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

17. Will I be charged additional fees?

The order total, including product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes, will be displayed before payment is completed.

Orders are shipped internationally from China and may be subject to customs inspection.

We do not intentionally add undisclosed charges after checkout.

18. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at service@dinkin.shop.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after order processing begins.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.

Additional shipping or return-to-sender charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address.

19. What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?

Please:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, entrance, garage, parcel locker, and other secure delivery areas.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.

  3. Allow up to 24 hours in case the carrier updated the tracking status before final delivery.

  4. Contact the final delivery carrier using the tracking number.

  5. Contact Dinkin if the package still cannot be located.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with a carrier inquiry where appropriate.
