These Terms of Service govern your use of dinkin.shop and purchases made from Dinkin.

Dinkin is operated by Puning Dingjin Clothing Co., Ltd. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Store Use

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

We may refuse or cancel an order if there is suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect information, inventory problems, pricing errors, or a violation of these terms.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, colors, sizes, prices, and images accurately.

Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, fabric batches, or device displays.

Garment measurements may have a reasonable manual measurement difference. Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The final order total, including shipping charges and applicable taxes, will be shown before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

If a pricing or product-information error is found, we may contact you to confirm the corrected order or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment.

Customers are responsible for checking product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, and delivery details before completing checkout.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for improper resale.

5. Shipping

Dinkin currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Products are manufactured, processed, and dispatched from Puning, Guangdong, China.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery normally takes approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $130.00 USD or more receive free standard shipping.

Orders below $130.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $15.00 USD.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, wrong-size, or personal-preference returns.

Dinkin will cover reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.

Returns must be authorized before products are sent. The applicable return address will be provided by our customer service team.

Our United States customer service address is not a general return warehouse.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order has already shipped, an eligible return must be requested after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and page designs, belongs to Dinkin or its authorized content providers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Because Dinkin is operated from China and serves customers in the United States, information may be processed internationally for order handling, payment, shipping, customer support, and legal compliance.
