Thank you for shopping with Dinkin. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and what to do if an order experiences a delivery issue.
This policy applies to orders placed through dinkin.shop and delivered to eligible addresses within the United States.
1. Shipping Destination
Dinkin currently ships to eligible residential and business addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.
Certain remote areas, military addresses, U.S. territories, freight-forwarding locations, hotels, or temporary addresses may not be eligible for delivery. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after the applicable daily processing cutoff will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping charges are based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

The free-shipping threshold is $130.00 USD.
To qualify for free standard shipping, the eligible merchandise subtotal must remain at or above $130.00 after discounts have been applied.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
After an order has been processed and handed to the shipping provider, standard delivery to the United States normally takes approximately:

5. Shipping Origin
Dinkin products are manufactured and prepared for shipment at our facility in Puning, Guangdong, China.
Orders placed through dinkin.shop are processed and dispatched from China to eligible addresses within the United States.
Depending on the destination and shipping route, an order may be transferred to a local delivery carrier after arriving in the United States.
Our U.S. customer service address is provided for customer communication and business correspondence. It is not represented as the shipping origin or product fulfillment warehouse.
6. Customs and Import Charges
Orders shipped from China to the United States may be subject to customs inspection.
For standard consumer orders placed through dinkin.shop, applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
If any import duty, tax, customs charge, brokerage fee, or government-imposed fee applies to an order, responsibility for that charge will be determined according to the checkout information and applicable law.
Customers will not be charged undisclosed fees by Dinkin after an order has been placed.
7. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be transported by international and local shipping providers selected according to the destination, package size, shipping route, and available service.
The shipping provider used for an order may vary.
After a package enters the United States, final delivery may be completed by a local carrier such as USPS or another available delivery provider.
Carrier information will normally become available after the order has been dispatched.
We cannot guarantee that a specific carrier will be used unless that option is explicitly offered during checkout.
8. Order Tracking
When an order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping provider first receives the package.
International tracking may not update at every stage of transit. Updates may pause while a package is moving between shipping facilities, undergoing customs processing, or being transferred to a local carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and reviewing tracking updates after dispatch.
Please contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or if the estimated delivery period has passed.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Dinkin is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be modified after an order has entered processing or has been handed to the shipping provider.
10. Multiple Packages
An order may occasionally be shipped in more than one package.
When this happens:

Each package may have a separate tracking number.

No additional shipping fee will be charged solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.
The applicable shipping charge is based on the order total shown during checkout, not the number of packages used for fulfillment.
11. Delivery Attempts
The final delivery carrier may leave a package in a secure location, deliver it to a reception desk, or make additional delivery attempts according to local procedures.
Some deliveries may require a signature.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an inaccessible location, missing unit number, refused delivery, incorrect address, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, it may be returned to the sender or held by the carrier.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a customer requests reshipment after an unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
12. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check the mailbox, porch, entrance, garage, parcel locker, and other secure delivery areas.

Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.

Allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers may update the delivery status shortly before final delivery.

Contact the final delivery carrier using the tracking number.

Contact Dinkin if the package still cannot be located.
We will review the available tracking information and assist with a carrier inquiry where appropriate.
A delivery investigation does not guarantee that a replacement or refund will be issued. Each case will be reviewed using the available tracking, carrier, address, and delivery information.
13. Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages
Contact us if your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period and the tracking information does not provide a clear update.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and provide additional information required by the shipping provider.
After reviewing the available information, we may:

Open an investigation with the shipping provider

Request additional delivery information

Arrange a replacement where appropriate

Provide another reasonable resolution
Carrier and shipping-provider investigations may require additional processing time.
14. Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
If a package or product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery whenever possible.

Please keep the original product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
The 7-day reporting period helps us investigate shipping and fulfillment issues promptly and does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
15. Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been handed to the shipping provider.
If an order has already been shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and request an eligible return under our Return and Refund Policy.
An order is not considered cancelled until Dinkin confirms the cancellation by email.
16. Shipping Charges and Refunds
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has been dispatched, except when:

The order was cancelled before shipment

The product was verified as damaged or defective

Dinkin confirms that a fulfillment error occurred

A refund of shipping charges is required by applicable law
If a return causes the value of the retained merchandise to fall below the original free-shipping threshold, Dinkin will not retroactively charge the original standard shipping fee unless this was clearly disclosed before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
17. Returned or Refused Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned because of an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address may be subject to additional handling or reshipping costs.
If a returned package is received by our designated return facility, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible.
Any eligible refund will be reviewed after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges and return-to-sender costs may be deducted from a refund when the delivery failure resulted from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or another issue caused by the customer, where permitted by applicable law.
